The employee’s promotionis a big success, which pleases employers because it testifies to the employee’s involvement in what he does. Despite this decision, there are many questions from the HR department and the employees themselves – starting with the question of who will replace me after my promotion? Opposed to these challenges, we have created a game supporting the promotion process – Succession!

Succession adapting to the company’s needs and positions to be promoted includes tasks that test the skills, knowledge, talents and competences of candidates for promotion. Thanks to them, the employer better recognizes the personality of the candidates and their leadership skills.

An additional advantage of the game is the ability to attach parts of attachments such as photos, text files and comments, as well as verifying them by an arbitrator who is not a vending machine but an authentic person who entrusts this task.

Succession facilitates communication, eliminates the need to send files and dispatch tasks via e-mails, makes us remember better what we have to do and allows us to monitor our own progress, which gives the participants an incredible automotiveness to act!
