The Game is a game implemented in a banking institution with over 4,000 employees.

Its main goal was to increase the level of participation in training and increase the level of CSR activities (corporate social responsibility) in the company. The goal has been achieved because many employees have increased their interest in activities supporting hospitals, or have engaged in blood donation campaigns.

What’s more, the participants did not play only on their own account, but to a large extent they acted together aiming for one goal. This made the game a great help in networking among employees, which is associated with a very important issue for the company, which is a good working atmosphere.

The plot of “The Game” indirectly referring to “Game of Thrones” was very positively received by employees

Each participant has completed an average of 6 new tasks per month, in six categories regarding charity activities, support of another employee and organization of workshops inside and outside the company. The task of participating in charity activities was the most popular and multiply.

Thanks to the implementation of the game, the client won the first place in the global rankings in terms of participation in training. What’s more, the divisions in which the game was introduced were at the forefront of all the bank’s divisions in Poland for the collected charity funds and were awarded during the December gala, for engaging in charity campaigns.
