UP is a game created for the bank franchise. Its main goal is to increase sales and employee involvement in initiatives created by the bank.

The application also supports various internal competitions for sellers. Instead of a standard and often unreliable form of communication – eg emails or invisible messages – employees still have access to information about current competitions – not only sales and results – but also completely informal within their own workplace.

In the application there is a category in which we can see the prizes that can be obtained for participation in individual competitions, as well as for points collected.

Additionally, by entering the individual or team leaderboards, we can compare the number of points scored by us, with points gained by others.

One of the interesting features is appreciating, thanks to which we can give anyone some number of points for his help or competence, for which we would like to appreciate him. This helps build a team that works together and also avoids typical competition.

We can also be appreciated by our co-workers.
